Welcome to FindInMarket. By accessing or using https://www.findinmarket.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by InfoBind Software Service Pvt. Ltd.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindInMarket. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

• You may register using your email address or via Google or Facebook login.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Posting Ads

• You may post ads for free. Each listing expires after 60 days and may be renewed.
• You must only post ads for items or services you genuinely own or are authorised to sell.
• All information in your ad must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including photos and descriptions.
• By posting an ad, you grant FindInMarket a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote your listing on the Site.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post ads for:

• Illegal goods or services of any kind
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently obtained items
• Adult content, pornography, or escort services
• Live animals (other than legally registered pets)
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings
• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or get-rich-quick offers
• Items that infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Personal data or private information of other individuals

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice.

5. Transactions Between Users

FindInMarket is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not handle payments, verify listings, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.

• All transactions are carried out at your own risk.
• We strongly recommend meeting in a public place and inspecting items before payment.
• Never send money in advance to someone you have not met.
• Report suspicious listings to us at admin@findinmarket.com.

6. Featured Listings

Users may pay to feature their listings for increased visibility. Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been promoted. Payments are processed manually via PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card as described on the upgrade page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site not provided by users — including the logo, design, code, and text — is the property of InfoBind Software Service Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without permission
• Use automated tools or bots to post listings or interact with the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, duplicate listings, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any listings are accurate, genuine, or legally compliant
• Transactions between users will be completed successfully

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoBind Software Service Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction between users, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfoBind Software Service Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
